Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your username and password with anyone is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our 24/7 support team immediately.

All members are advised to change their password regularly, use strong passwords, and log out after using a public device.

Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit on goya 9 using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Depositing from another person's account or card — rather than a payment method registered in your own name — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.

• Operating multiple accounts
• Requirement of a legal investigation

10.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Reopening a closed account is subject to specific conditions.

Limitation of Liability

goya 9 accepts no liability for the following:

• Games or bets affected by loss of internet connection
• Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence
• Transactions failing due to incorrect payment information provided by the member
• Disruption to third-party services (banks, mobile financial services)
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseeable circumstances (natural disasters, cyber attacks)

Changes to Terms and Contact

goya 9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
